Leading By Example, California Agencies Help Cool the Planet

On October 16th, the 3rd Annual Cool Planet Award, co-hosted by The Climate Registry and Southern California Edison, premiered Leading By Example, California Agencies Help Cool the Planet. The film, produced by Dylan Gasperik of Tigercomm,  features California Governor Jerry Brown. Ryan Radford, Climate Change Advisor to California EPA, and Matt Henigan, Deputy Secretary of Sustainability for the State of California, introduced the film and Long Beach Mayor Robert Garcia and Frances Spivey Weber of the State Water Resources Control Board also spoke.

"This video represents a valuable recognition of the hard work of California's state agencies to implement state-of-the-art building systems to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions," said Ryan Radford, CalEPA's Climate Change Advisor.
