Mark Sokolove Vice President
Mark has more than 10 years of experience handling media relations and communications strategy for cleantech companies, national advocacy organizations, and elected officials. Mark heads up Tigercomm's cleantech practice. He played an important role in the Solar Energy Industries Association's successful effort to extend the solar Investment Tax Credit (ITC) for 8 years, as well as the campaign to secure critical solar provisions in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. He also led the planning and successful execution of AREVA Solar's (formerly Ausra) factory opening in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Kimberlina Solar Thermal Energy Facility commissioning in Bakersfield, California. Before spearheading Tigercomm's cleantech practice, Mark served as press secretary for the League of Conservation Voters. Mark has also worked as Press Secretary for Rep. Carolyn McCarthy (NY) and as Research Analyst in the leadership office of Rep. Rosa DeLauro (CT).
